Beach huts damaged by fire
SEVERAL beach huts in Calshot were damaged by fire in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze on Calshot Road at 2.43am. Two of the beach huts were severely damaged and two were slightly damaged by the fire.
The fire was out by 3.14am. Fire crews from Hardley and Hythe attended.
Police are investigating the fire but are not treating it as suspicious at this stage.
