According to the electoral roll, the 32-year-old has lived in Mandeville Road, Barnet, North London, for at least 13 years with his parents Sandra and Stephen. His brother Simon, 35, moved out last year.

The property is a modest semi-detached house and recent sales of like-for-like houses in the same area have raised just £300,000-£400,000.

Fialka was billed on TV as the ‘prospective new Southampton owner’ who made his money in property – but a neighbour confirmed he is a ‘letting agent.’
