NORDIC superstars Royksopp have been confirmed as the latest headline act at September's Bestival music event on the Isle of Wight.
They join Welsh rockers the Super Furry Animals.
Royksopp have been in Norway recording the follow up to their million-selling debut album Melody AM, and are now ready to unleash the sounds of their eagerly-anticipated second album The Understanding, coming out on July 4 through Wall of Sound. Also joining the bill are the sublime Saint Etienne. They'll be performing on the Saturday afternoon. The brilliant X-Press 2 will also be appearing. They are putting the finishing touches to their second album.
The festival takes place at the Robin Hill Country Park, Newport, from September 9 to 11. Tickets are £89. Ring 0207 379 3133.
