One hundred and twenty past and present members of Wherwell Football Club gathered at the Masonic Hall in Andover where they celebrated their 50th anniversary with a dinner and dance.
Presentations took place during the evening to mark the occasion. John Ward, chairman of the Hampshire Football Association gave one to the club and one to the chairman, Ernie Rowles, including the 50 year service award from the Football Association.
