MEET the new man in ultimate charge of 500 Bacardi workers in a bottling plant at Southampton docks.
Andreas Gembler, 62, has just been unveiled as the rum giant's new chief executive.
Gembler, who has already served on the Bacardi board for two years, was elected by a unanimous vote by directors at a meeting at the company headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.
He said: "Bacardi Limited is a forward-looking company with an excellent portfolio of premium products. We will continue to drive growth organically, through acquisition and new product development."
