POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a road accident in the New Forest.
The crash happened on the A354 near Fordingbridge when a black Renault Clio went out of control, left the carriageway and overturned.
The passenger, a 23-year-old man from Leicester, was thrown from the vehicle and sustained serious head and neck injuries.
Police say the driver, a 31-year-old man from Coldfield, Leicestershire, sustained minor injuries.
Both men were taken to Odstock Hospital, Salisbury.
The crash happened last Thursday.
