THIS is an animated feature aimed exclusively at a very young audience. Based on Norman Bridewell's popular picture books, which have been translated into an animated television series, this first big screen outing for the loveable red dog is inoffensive and cute to a fault. Clifford is voiced by the late John Ritter.
The film doesn't overstay its welcome and the bright colours and slapstick humour guarantee some giggles for the target audience.
