LOCAL singer Laura Jenkins has proved she's got a voice in a million by beating off strong competition from some of England's brightest karaoke singers.
Laura, pictured, was representing Southampton at the regional final in Swindon after winning her local heat at the city's Court Jester Pub in Terminus Terrace.
There she beat winners from pubs and clubs from as far afield as Gloucester to book her place in the final.
Laura, who works full time for Moore and Blatch Solicitors, impressed judges with her vocal range and stage presence.
The national final is to be held at London's Olympia later this year and all the staff and customers at the Court Jester wish Laura every success.
