On Monday afternoon New Street, sponsored by Carmel Construction, took on neighbours Stockbridge at Foxcotte Park, and were soon on the back foot.
Stocks got off to a great start with the speedy Ryan Boare and giant striker Joel McCormack causing problems.
McCormack put Boare through inside five minutes and the young winger hit the bar, and seconds later McCormack was through himself but shot straight at keeper Dean Hutchings.
