FOR the third year running, Chichester Festival theatre's Barclays Community Carnival will bring colour and splendour, music and dance, spirit and celebration to the streets of the city on May 14.
More than 1,000 people are expected to participate in the 2005 carnival, which starts at the theatre and snakes its way through the city centre.
The carnival procession will then culminate in a celebration of music, dance and a host of other activities on Oaklands Park before the matinee of the musical, How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, in the Festival Theatre.
