SAINTS' sponsor Friends Provident has found a new chairman to take over from retiring 71-year-old David Newbigging.
The savings and pensions company, which employs more than 1,000 people at its south coast base in Salisbury, will have Adrian Montague taking over the reins from May.
He joined the board of the group, which has a £1m team shirt logo and stadium naming deal with Southampton Football Club, as an independent director last autumn.
