STAFF at four of NatWest's branches in and around Southampton are celebrating their success in a national competition involving feedback from all-important customers.
The branches at Woolston, Southampton London Road, Totton and Lyndhurst beat off strong competition from others throughout the country.
Scores given by customers via a questionnaire determined the result.
The bank's University branch in the city was recently voted the best university branch in the country.
It is also the second year running that Woolston branch has picked up this award.
