SHOPPERS in Winchester are set to bag late-night bargains this Thursday. Scores of shops are offering an extra 10 per cent off items from 5.30pm.
There is also free parking from 4pm, late-night shopping to 8pm and the discount in participating stores.
City centre manager Graham Love said: "Winchester offers quality and choice in an award-winning, safe environment. Late-night Thursday shopping is an ideal time to view the Christmas lights and next Thursday retailers on and off the High Street will be participating in the special ten per cent off event.
The shops taking part are:
Autowise, Blacks, Cancer Research UK, Ernest Jones, Forte Brasserie and Tea Rooms, Jazz Clothing, Jeremy France Jewellers, Jewels and the Pottery Caf, Loot the Goldsmiths, Past Times, Pilot, Repetoire, Russell and Bromley, Soho Tanning, Stationery Box, The Body Shop, The Hambledon, Tie Rack and Zoo Jewellery.
