The two top sides in Division One faced each other this week when Figheldean A entertained Winterslow.
Dave Porter got the home side off to a useful start when he beat Jerry Holt over four sets. Both Cummins and Snellgrove took their first games easily, but Dave Milner then overcame Holt to square the match at 2-2.
Paul Coles came close to a surprise win over Cummins, losing out in the fifth set but then Malcolm Cummins and Andy Snellgrove went on to complete their hat-tricks, giving Winterslow a 7-3 victory.
