THREE athletes from Andover Modern Triathlon Club competed in the Biathle World Chanpionships in Marktoberdorf, Bavaria.
Lewis Pinder and his mother Michelle, and Margaret Smith, were part of the 100 strong British team, having won places at the national championships in June.
Lewis was in the Youth E class for ten year olds and after a steady first run disaster struck when he was kicked hard in the face during the swim.
