A SUMMER ball with a James Bond theme served up a cash bonanza for Southampton charity Leukaemia Busters.
The 007 bash at Southampton Guildhall earlier this month, organised by Liquid Entertainments, featured dancing, casino tables and a raffle. Prizes included a steam cubicle from Sovereign Bathrooms and a year's family membership at Hampshire Tennis and Health Club, West End. The event raised just over £1,000 for the charity, which is committed to developing new treatments for leukaemia and related conditions.
