Tidworth Garrison Golf Club held its annual club championship recently, the most prestigious members' tournament in its calendar.
Records go back to 1955 with the current trophy being donated by P Nicol in 1970 and this year was open to members with a handicap of 20 or less and there were 51 entrants, all of whom played in extremely hot conditions with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees.
