For ATC member Craig Storey, competing in the ITU Long Distance World Championships held this year in Sator, Sweden water and air temperatures were at a chilly 17 and 18 degrees respectively.
Craig was in the team representing Great Britain in the competitive 25-29 year age category.
He took just 68 minutes to complete the 4km open water (lake) swim and a strong ride saw him complete the 120km in under four hours.
