Sir.-I would like to thank the person very much who "rescued" my 95-year-old father last Tuesday when he went for a tour of Tadley in his pyjamas at 5.45am.
It's not an everyday occurence, thank goodness, but worrying for all of us, although he has done it once before.
He enjoyed his chat and cup of tea at Basingstoke police station and, when I collected him, said "They were a good crowd"!
