BILLIONAIRE retail entrepreneur Philip Green is putting together £10bn take-over bid for shopping centre stalwart Marks & Spencer.
The owner of Arcadia and BHS said he planned to make a take-over approach soon and would seek the backing of the M&S board.
M&S currently employs 564 people at Hedge End, 182 at WestQuay, Southampton, 100 at Winchester and 70 in Fareham.
