Candles and accessories franchise business Frames & Flames, operating from Solent Business Centre in Southampton, has been set up by ambitious Sabina Lee.
It already has a fast-growing team of managers across the south, with a target of 50 managers by the end of year.
Sabina said: "It's no great secret - girls just love to shop and party."
