FOURTEEN-year-old Tom Bridge from Middle Wallop is aiming to become National Junior TKM 4 stroke Karting champion this season.
After finishing third in 2002 and second in 2003 hopes are high for the top spot in 2004.
Tom has been racing since he was eight years old and despite doing it on a shoestring budget he is still able to compete with the "team racers".
Leightons Opticians in the Chantry Centre provide Tom with one day contact lenses but he is always looking for sponsorship to offset some of the costs.
