FOLLOWING last month's sell-out performance in Basingstoke, the Jongleurs Comedy Club is back with a bang at the Haymarket on Sunday.

Stephen Grant has carved a definite niche for himself with his observational comedy and lightning improvisational skills. His talents have seen him perform sets, one-man shows and headlining slots nationwide.

For the past five years, Carey Marx has been performing as a stand-up comedian. After rising through the circuit ranks, he now annually comperes at the Reading, Leeds and Glastonbury festivals, and most recently was added to the rosters of both the Comedy Store and Jongleurs.

The last two years have seen similarly good news for Marty Wilson, who has continued his meteoric rise through the ranks of the competitive world of stand-up comedy. In an unbelievable first 18 months, Marty rose from his maiden stage appearance to a highly-successful performance on Australia's top-rating national programme The Footy Show. On his way, he made the finals of every Australian comedy competition.

The only female act of the night is Helen Austin (pictured). Helen's natural habitat is live performance and she can be seen regularly headlining at Jongleurs and at the Comedy Store. Innuendo is her middle name, which made her a natural selection to support Julian Clary.

It all begins at 7.45pm and tickets, costing £10, are available from the box office on 01256 465566.
