STRIKE up the band...and make a joyful noise! That's exactly what the Whitewater School Choir and Band will be doing at Heckfield Memorial Hall on the afternoon of Monday, December 8, when they perform for the Whitewater Senior Citizens Christmas party.
This is a new annual tradition greatly enjoyed by both musicians and audience!
Budding soccer stars have also been in the news, as both the boys and girls football teams won their matches against Long Sutton Primary School 2-1 and 5-2 respectively.
Special congratulations are due to all who helped with the Christmas fair recently, which raised nearly £3,000 for the school coffers. What a nice Christmas present!
HO HO ho...Father Christmas is back in the Village Hall, this Wednesday, at the Rotherwick Mother and Toddler Group Christmas party! Santa's helpers suggest bringing along an appropriate present for your little elf, and be prepared to have fun!
There will be refreshements, Christmas craft activities and a sing-along, so do jing-jing-jingle by!
Everyone is welcome, even if you don't have time to attend regularly.
