Eastleigh Council has received three planning applications from Barratt Southampton which could see new homes, a cemetery and open space land provided on land at White Tree Farm, Botley Road, Fair Oak.
Barratt is asking for permission to build 45 detached and semi-detached homes with an access road and parking for 88 cars on 3.75 acres.
The company has also asked for permission to change the use of 38.5 acres of agricultural land to agriculture/open space plus the construction of an access road and parking for eight cars - with the proposal including the transfer of land to Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council.
A third application asks for permission to use nearly four acres off Knowle House as a cemetery. Again the proposal includes the transfer of the cemetery land to the parish council.
The applications will go to Eastleigh Council's Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath Local Area Committee for a decision and a borough council spokesman said the earliest possible date for consideration was February 11.
