HAMPSHIRE Ambassadors dropped in on business centre START Fareham as part of their company visit programme to promote business excellence in Hampshire.
Around 40 ambassadors, part of a Hampshire County Council initiative, were welcomed to the £3.5m centre by managing director Roger Perrin. START Fareham brings a variety of support to both new and established businesses. Clients can rent office space while benefiting from access to a wide range of services, including advice, networking events and a discounted rate for ongoing assignments such as business planning and raising finance.
The county council played a key role in securing the START Centre by making available a prominent site on its Segensworth Estate.
Ambassadors were given a tour of the centre and its facilities, which included a demonstration from the founders of ZenithSat, a new satellite communication company.
