BAT boss Andy Leader made no excuses as a comedy of errors handed managerless Andover a 3-0 result at Southern Gardens.
A defensive error let in Justin Bennett after just one minute and the Tobaccomen conceded again at the start of the second half with a Dave Marden own goal.
To cap a dismal night, a mistake by the 'keeper let in Bennett for his second.
"At 1-0 down, I thought we would go on to win but the second goal killed us," said Leader. "We weren't good enough tonight."
Blackfield co-boss Tony Feeney gave a similar assessment of the Watersiders' 3-2 home defeat by Whitchurch.
Having twice fought back from behind through Steve Wheatland and Chris Bell, they were sunk after 75 minutes.
Feeney said: "Collectively we didn't do ourselves justice. It was a miserable night and Andy (co-manager Price) and I aren't happy."
Cliff Power (2) and Andy Hackett got the Whitchurch goals.
Lewis Till put Bournemouth in front against Moneyfields, but Gavin Jones levelled and Dean Dalton sank Bournemouth in extra-time.
