STRESS continues to cost companies millions of pounds a year through lost working days - but now help is at hand from one of the country's leading experts on the subject.
The Southampton Enterprise Hub is staging a special course, led by Kevin Harvey-Jones on how to deal with stress at work.
Mr Harvey-Jones, from Southampton-based Complete Life Solutions will be the speaker at the Stress Awareness and Life Balance Seminar on Thursday, November 27 held at South Stoneham House, Wessex Lane, Swaythling.
The seminar will also examine the legal implications of stress together with a session on the Health and Safety Executive's new management standards.
