JOB HUNTERS will now find life in the employment jungle a little easier thanks to a new free service being launched by the Daily Echo.

Our recruitment experts have teamed up with Matchwork.co.uk to launch a new online recruitment service.

The aim is to take the stress out of job hunting by making it easier for readers to find the right job and for companies to find the ideal person to fill their vacancy.

The service is part of a wider network that will cover the whole of Britain, allowing people to accurately search for jobs both locally and further afield.

In the new service, job hunters will be able to load their details on to the system.

Once there, it's just a simple click of the mouse to register their CV.

Alison Bainbridge, Daily Echo classified advertising manager, thinks the new system could make a big difference.

"This is a brilliant new, on-line service available to all our jobseekers and employers.

"It is designed to work alongside newspaper advertisements in order to attract the optimum number of quality applicants by using precise matching techniques. Your CV Match provides a modern approach to recruitment and is free to all jobseekers. Readers should hurry to be among the first to input their details on line and take advantage of this new venture."

The system works in a similar way for employers. They receive an e-mail with a list of suitable candidates.

They can then click on the person's headline and see a complete profile of that candidate except for their contact details and the names of their previous employers. Employers can then choose whether to contact the candidate.

Now it's time for job hunters to log on with their details to create as big a bank of information as possible to help everyone find the perfect match.
