Sir.-I was born in Basingstoke but now live in Overton.
We visit Basingstoke once a week to shop, but I prefer Andover.
I wish to comment about the roundabouts.
In Andover, they are planted regularly with flowers and kept in a wonderful condition.
However, I feel Basingstoke's are a disgrace - every one of them needs a makeover!
