HUNDREDS of jobs will be up for grabs at The Southern Daily Echo Job Scene Roadshow taking place at Southampton's Guildhall on Thursday.

All sorts of vacancies are available from part-time to full-time and from unskilled to senior management.

Abbey, formerly known as Abbey National, B&Q Plc, Badenoch & Clark, British Gas, Fortis Insurance Ltd, Holiday Inn, Inland Revenue, MacDonald Hotels, Norwich Union, Royal Navy & Royal Marines, Southern Co-operatives Ltd and Teacher Training Agency are just some of the organisations that will be on display at the event.

Abbey is looking for customer service advisers and a customer manager while British Bakers Ltd are looking for delivery drivers. British Gas will be recruiting call centre staff while Holiday Inn is looking to fill a variety of workerss including a sous chef, chambermaids and a receptionist.

A vacancy board will be located at the exhibition displaying current available positions.
