LINDA SMITH played to a packed house in her one-woman comedy show.
Best known as a panellist on Radio 4's Just a Minute, I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue and News Quiz, but also a frequent performer on TV, she is a British Comedy Award nominee and was voted Wittiest Person in a Radio 4 listeners' poll last year. A tall, tomboyish figure, Linda kept her audience laughing non-stop as she pondered aloud on topics ranging from the Bush-Blair relationship to the childhood embarrassment of having a mother who knitted all your clothes.
An articulate and highly observant comedian, Linda's humour is quirky and self-deprecating but never cruel.
