TESTWAY 7s, the boredom-busting summer sports scheme, kicks off tomorrow with football for girls and rugby for boys.
Girls' football training will be held every Saturday throughout the holidays at Shepherd Spring Junior School, from 10am to noon. The programme is open to girls aged six to 15, who are beginners or have experience on the pitch. Mid-week training for girls' football will be held at the same site on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm.
Rugby training for boys will take place at two sites twice a week and is open to boys aged six upwards. Training at Knights Enham School takes place from noon to 1pm on Saturdays and training at Roman Way School is from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. Knights Enham rugby training will also be held on Tuesday evenings, from 6pm to 7.30pm, and Roman Way rugby training is on Thursdays from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Children can just turn up at the first session or call and register beforehand.
