The world's newest cruise ship, the 85,920-ton Oosterdam, is set to make its international debut in Southampton later this week.
Built by the Fincantieri shipyard near Venice in Italy, Oosterdam is the second in the new Vista class of vessels for Holland America.
Oosterdam, with a price tag of 400 million dollars, is expected alongside 38/9 berth in Southampton's Eastern Docks on Thursday at around 4pm.
Hundreds of representatives from the shipping and travel industries are expected to visit the ship, due to leave on Saturday, during her 48-hour showcase visit.
The ship, which can accommodate up to 1,848 passengers, has 924 cabins, ten passenger decks and a crew of 842.
