ANDOVER'S Woolworth store is seeking a new local good cause or children's charity to support as part of the Woolworth's Kids First charity.

Woolworth's Kids First is an independent charity that empowers the employees to improve the quality of children's lives.

Stores and central offices support community based projects of their choice. This year alone the charity has raised over £1 million.

As well as hundreds of nationwide fundraising activities, profits on a number of selected items throughout the store are donated to the charity.

Woolworth's Kids First has been running for two years and has received an award for excellence from Business in the Community.

By 2005 the charity aims to hit an annual fundraising target of £10 million.

If you can help Andover Woolworth's with a good cause to support contact Janice Bridge, at the store with details by 21 April.
