Saints will play First Division Watford in the Semi-finals of the FA Cup.
The draw, conducted by England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson, was made at lunchtime today at the FA's headquarters in London.
The other tie will see First Division Sheffield United play either Arsenal or Chelsea.
