Teenage England hockey star Alex Danson needed medical treatment after being taken ill during Trojans 5-1 EHA Women's Cup victory over Epsom at Havant yesterday.
Play was held up for ten minutes midway through the second-half after Danson, 17, collapsed during a Trojans attack on the visitors' goal.
The England forward, who made the headlines after scoring with her first touch of the ball in the World Cup in Australia in December, appeared to have fainted.
She was examined on pitch-side by paramedics but declined to be taken for hospital treatment
Danson, who had not taken part in the customary pre-match warm-up, earlier scored the third of Trojans' early goals.
The Stoneham club romped home easy winners with Alison Wakefield (2) and Tamsin Pascoe and Nanine Devereaux also on target.
