CENTRESTAGE Productions Youth Theatre is set to present another musical premiere at Eastleigh's dance and arts centre, The Point, during the February half-term week.
The talented group's latest offering Freedom will give family, friends and the general public the opportunity to see the outstanding acting skills of young people from the Southampton and Eastleigh area.
With music by Andy Sermon, lyrics and story by director Pete Haring and choreography by Sally Jennings, Freedom tells a story set in the year 2603.
The world has been devastated by a virus which has killed every adult on the planet and Dakren is one of the safe settlements set up as a home for orphaned youngsters. But the settlers want to explore outside.
Tickets for performances for the February 24 to March 1 production are now available from the box office on 023 8065 2333. Prices range from £3.50 to £6.
