Police have charged 29-year-old Scott Speirs, of Forder Court, St Cross Road, Winchester, with supplying a class A controlled drug, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, possession of a class A controlled drug and permitting the use of premises for supplying a class A controlled drug.
Amy Tilley, who is 18 and lives in Cambridge, has been charged with the same offences excluding permitting the use of premises for supplying a class A controlled drug. The couple, who were arrested in Winchester, will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates on Tuesday.
