YOUNGSTERS at a Southampton nursery were given a special gift to cap their Golden Jubilee celebrations.
Ford and Linden Homes delivered a brand new fence, covered in colourful wildlife designs, to surround Learning Land in Wimpson Lane, Millbrook.
Plans to hold a garden party were scrapped because of the wet weather so children and staff moved the bash indoors.
They enjoyed an afternoon of games and music.
Manager Rachel Cunningham said: "It went really well and everyone wore special hats for the occasion.
"Everyone really enjoyed themselves and were all really pleased with the fence."
