NOBODY has stepped forward to claim ownership of Blue, the pedigree cocker spaniel who was found wandering around the Anton Lakes area of Andover.
Pc Ted Reynolds said the owners had been given seven days to claim the dog. But the story has a happy ending because Blue will now have a good home with one of the police officers who took a shine to him. The alternative would have been to hand him over to the dog pound.
