BUDDING young singing stars have a few more days to enter a mini Pop Idol-style competition being held in Romsey in aid of charity.
The cut-off date for Sam and Buster's Search for a Star has been extended to April 19 to allow last-minute entries.
The contest will raise funds for Leukaemia Busters, the Southampton-based charity researching for a cure for the blood cancer that often hits children.
Contestants - solo artists or in groups - need to be aged between eight and 21 and be prepared to perform at an audition and, if successful, feature in the final. Those who take part can be solo artists or in groups. More information is available on 01794 514242.
