PORTSMOUTH have confirmed they are interested in re-signing Fulham defender Kit Symons on a free transfer, although he has not yet been approached.
The 30-year-old has only made four appearances for Jean Tigana's side after falling out of favour at the London club.
Symons spent almost seven years at Pompey, whom he joined as a trainee, before Manchester City bought him for £1.2million in 1995.
