SOUTHAMPTON law firm Moore & Blatch Solicitors has taken on new offices in the city as part of an expansion move and has relocated its entire insurance and personal injury division to the new base in London Road.
The firm says it has become necessary because, over the last three years, it has extended the range and scope of its services, added a number of major clients to its portfolio and substantially increased its staff.
Mike Caton, managing partner, said: "This expansion represents a major milestone for the firm and underlines our position as one of the leading legal practices in the south of England.
"Our new office accommodation will facilitate our programme of controlled growth, providing a solid foundation from which to move forward. In order to build on our success, we are well aware that we must continue to deliver a quality service and attract staff of the highest calibre. The move will help us achieve both."
Moore & Blatch's property and commercial divisions, which remain at The Avenue in South-ampton, are also profiting from the additional space created by the move. The increased accommodation provides for a more spacious environment and improved facilities at both locations.
These have contributed to a more efficient working environment and improved productivity.
