YOU probably shouldn't judge a band by its name, but in the case of And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead, we'll allow you to make an exception.
No perky pop or freshly-scrubbed teenage faces here. This anarchic rock band are from Austin, Texas and hit the Wedgewood Rooms tomorrow with a reputation for in-your-face, rabble-rousing, sonic punk rock. According to the band, they're here to play rock and roll, become famous and die, and start a few fires along the way - something you won't find Sclub7 admitting to.
As you might expect, the band's sound features plenty of distorted guitar work and throbbing percussion.
The frightening foursome, Kevin, Conrad, Neil and Jason, have already garnered rave reviews for their two albums, Trail of Dead, and the misleadingly-titled Madonna.
