A LORRY driver charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a schoolboy was killed in an accident last year has pleaded not guilty.
Michael Marsh, 56, of Ashleigh Close, Hythe, appeared before a judge at Winchester Crown Court yesterday.
He was charged with the offence after 13-year-old Daniel Beveridge was killed in an accident on Titchfield Road in Stubbington on May 16.
Another boy was also injured in the accident.
Marsh was granted unconditional bail and the case was adjourned for trial on April 17 at Winchester Crown Court.
