LOCAL history fanatics in West End will be able show off their hobby with the help of a new slide projector being part-funded by Eastleigh Borough Council.
West End Local History Society is to receive a £250 grant from the council's local area committee to help pay for the equipment.
The money, to be released in the next financial year, will also be used to buy space in the Itchen and Hamble Valley Visitor Guide.
