ONE OF the South's leading human resources consultancy firms has expanded its sales team.
Firstpeople, based in Fareham, has appointed Sophia Oberoi as business development manager in a direct response to growing demand for their services.
Sophia has worked in business-to-business services for nearly ten years and her new role, managing the company's sales strategy, utilises her considerable experience. She will be concentrating on identifying and initiating new business and managing current partner relationships.
Gayle Taylor, Firstpeople's managing director, said: "Although Sophia has only been with us a short time we are already benefiting from her wide variety of skills."
Sophia said: "I am certainly enjoying the challenge of working for such a forward thinking and progressive company.
"With more and more companies needing quality human resources expertise, we're in a great position to fill their requirements."
