A CLASSIC example of British humour comes to St Cross, near Winchester, next month when the St Cross Drama Group gets to grips with Don't Just Lie There, Say Something.
The old-fashioned farce revolves around the efforts of a double-barrelled MP to stamp out permissiveness - despite the question mark hovering over his own moral rectitude.
The plot also involves another MP being abducted by hippies and taken to a wild party, the whole thing culminating in a "whirlwind of frenetic, panic-stricken plans and counterplans".
Don't Just Lie There Say Something is at St Faith's Hall, St Cross, Winchester, from February 22-24. Call the box office on 023 8025 2135.
