A PLAN to demolish an old Bishop's Waltham house and redevelop the site has been unveiled.
Berkeley Homes (Hampshire) Ltd is seeking permission from Winchester City Council to knock down Colehill House, Winchester Road, and build two four-bedroom homes and two five-bedroom properties.
